In September Suffolk Young Farmers decided to hold a turkey rearing competition, each club were to be given two Turkey poults to rear until January where the carcasses will be judged for size, weight and quality of the meat. This will be followed by a taste test and a Turkey banquet.
The turkeys were kindly donated by Paul Kelly at a weight of 2kg.
